In 2006, Gonzalez joined Seton Hall and since then has run 13-16 and 17-15 in the 2006-2007 season and 2007-2008 season respective. In 2007-2008, Gonzalez also notched his 150th career win. More than just a great coach on the court, Gonzalez is also a member of the NCAA Ethics committee, serving as a radio and tv basketball analyst.

Recently Mitchell was added to the Big East Conference Men's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll. Mitchell has averaged 20.0 points, 7 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2 blocks. Mitchell is also among the players that are positioned to lead the men's basketball team in scoring this season. Other members of consideration include Gause, Harvey, Garcia, Hazell, Walters, Davis and Theodore.

Brenda Russell (born April 8, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York) is an African American singer-songwriter and keyboardist. Known for her eclectic musical style, her recordings have encompassed several different genres, including pop, soul, jazz and adult contemporary. As well as composing her own material, Russell's songwriting talents are often in demand by many other artists who, over the years, have included Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Earth, Wind & Fire, Donna Summer and Sting. Born Brenda Gordon to musical parents (her father Gus was a one-time member of The Ink Spots), she spent her formative years in Canada after moving to Hamilton, Ontario, aged twelve. As a teenager she began performing in local bands and in her late teens joined the Toronto production of Hair, during which time she had begun to play the piano. In the early seventies she married musician Brian Russell and (as Brian & Brenda) they went on to release two albums on Elton John's Rocket label, World Called Love (1976) and Supersonic Lover (1977). The Russells also performed on two tracks from Robert Palmer's breakout soul-pop album Double Fun. The couple had divorced by the late 1970s, and Brenda, now living in Los Angeles, had set out on a solo career. Signed to Tommy LiPuma's Horizon Records, Russell's debut single "So Good, So Right" became a hit in 1979. He suffered severe injuries to his left leg along with massive head trauma, but miraculously he survived. His friends, however, weren't so lucky and many of them were killed in action that day and even more passed on during Keith's entire tour in Iraq. Keith was in the hospital for many months after the incident, suffering from a multitude of ailments derived from the massive shrapnel wound on his leg. Doctors repeatedly told him that he'd never walk without a cane again...but they were wrong. On May 16, 2009, Keith will be running in the Keys 100, a 100 mile ultramarathon in which runners will run from Key Largo to Key West, Florida, in honor of those killed in battle. He is an inspiration to everyone that he meets as well as anyone that has suffered from a debilitating injury. He loved his job as a Special Operator more than anything in world - almost as much as he loved the operators that he worked with that laid down their lives to protect our civil liberties.
